This site is a set of static pages. There is nothing to sign in to, no form to submit, no account to create. What follows is not a summary of what it collects — it is the whole of it.

Two entries in localStorage, both written by the documentation theme:

  • starlight-theme — light, dark or automatic, so the page does not change appearance between visits.
  • sl-sidebar-state — which sections of the navigation you left open.

Neither is a cookie. They are never attached to a request and never reach the server; they are readable only by pages on this domain. Clearing site data removes them, and every page works without them.

The language you read in is stored nowhere at all. It is in the address — /en/, /hu/ — which is the reason this site needs nothing to remember it. Only the bare domain, with no language in it, looks at what your browser asks for, and it looks only in order to redirect you once.

Every request is written to the web server’s access log, in that server’s default format and with nothing added to it: the requesting IP address, the time, the method and path, the response status and size, the referring address if the browser sends one, and the browser’s user-agent string.

That log stays where it is written. It is not shipped to another service, not indexed, and not joined to anything else. It rotates by size rather than by date — three files of ten megabytes — so there is no fixed retention period: older lines are discarded as newer ones arrive.

The public address is served through Cloudflare, which terminates the encrypted connection and therefore sees each request as you sent it: address, path and headers.

Nothing that observes visitors is switched on there: no Web Analytics, no bot detection, nothing added to the zone. What Cloudflare does keep is the request counting any proxy has for the site it serves — how much traffic arrived, and of what kind. That is a property of standing in front of the origin, not a measurement anyone here turned on, and it identifies no one.

  • No analytics, on any page.
  • No cookies, of any kind, first-party or otherwise.
  • No tracking pixel, no fingerprinting, no advertising, no A/B testing.
  • No third-party requests. Every font, stylesheet, script and image is served from this domain; the site’s content-security policy permits nothing else, so a page attempting one would fail rather than quietly succeed.

The product is the same. Probavi runs no telemetry and makes no call home — not on installation, not on a licence check, not ever.
